By downloading, installing, or using the SuSu App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SuSu App, Inc.

SuSu is a mobile application that facilitates rotating savings groups (also known as "sou-sou" or "tanda"). Our service allows users to:

• Create and join savings groups
• Make regular contributions to group funds
• Receive payouts according to group schedules
• Communicate with other group members
• Track payment history and group progress

We act as a facilitator and do not provide financial advice or investment services.

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Meeting your payment obligations to groups

You may not share your account or allow others to use it on your behalf.

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
• You must provide valid payment methods
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for contributions and fees

Fees:

• We charge a small platform fee for our services
• Fees are clearly disclosed before you join any group
• Payment processing fees may apply

Refunds:

• Group contributions are generally non-refundable
• Disputes should be resolved within the group or through our support team
• Platform fees may be refunded at our discretion

When participating in groups, you agree to:

• Make timely contributions as agreed
• Respect other group members
• Follow group-specific rules and schedules
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Report any issues or disputes promptly

Group administrators have additional responsibilities:

• Managing group membership and settings
• Ensuring fair distribution of payouts
• Resolving member disputes
• Maintaining accurate group records

You may not use our service to:

• Engage in illegal activities or money laundering
• Defraud other users or the platform
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
• Use automated tools or bots
• Circumvent our security measures

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security against unauthorized access

We are not responsible for:

• Actions of other users or group members
• Payment defaults or disputes between users
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Third-party services or content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuSu App, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the fees you paid in the last 12 months
• Issues arising from user disputes or payment defaults

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

You may:

• Delete your account through the app settings
• Stop using our service at any time

We may:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violations
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Modify features or functionality

Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Binding arbitration (as a last resort)

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the new terms in the app
• Sending you an email notification
• Displaying a prominent notice

Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
